Our management and customer service teams reside in Profile West, Suite 2, Floor 1, 950 Great West Road, Brentford, England, TW8 9ES ; However, we have warehouses in France and Morocco, and this is where our warehouse teams reside.

How do we send packages?

Packages leaving our warehouses in France are shipped via Colissimo, UPS, Aramex or DHL depending on location.

Do we send parcels worldwide?

Yes, we offer delivery to over 185 countries worldwide. However, there are certain places where we cannot deliver. If you are in one of these countries, we will contact you.

And customs?

We are not responsible for customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that packages may be sent to you and customs fees may be collected upon arrival in your country.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time varies by location and can range from 4-20 days due to high demand.

Do I receive a tracking number after placing my order?

Yes, you receive the tracking number by email for your order in order to track your package in real time.
